Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) may begin processing the next business day.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Canada (before taxes and after discounts).
Oversized or heavy items may be excluded or subject to additional charges.
4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within Canada (and the United States, if desired — specify).

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for oversized items.

Certain products (e.g., large crates, bulk food, aerosols) may have carrier restrictions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Pet Supply Depot is not responsible for:

Lost packages resulting from address errors
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and damaged items.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
